Description

We are currently looking for analysts to join and support the FalkenSteg team in our real-estate activities.

  • You will strengthen and expand your skills in property marketing, property valuation, asset management and property restructuring in the contexts of project management, investor communication, due diligence, finance and insolvency law

Your duties

  • Assisting with project management in the context of real-estate transactions
  • Conducting financial and property analyses
  • Working with colleagues to draft expert reports
  • Preparing for and attending meetings with investors
  • Assisting with and managing due-diligence processes
  • Working on internal company development projects

What we expect from you

  • Degree from a higher-education institution with above-average results in economic/legal studies or a comparable programme involving real estate (minimum requirement: bachelor’s, master’s or formal course of training to be a business professional preferred)
  • Previous experience from relevant work placements in the property market or financial sector
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (ideally, you already have experience as an Entrepreneur)
  • Keen interest in properties in critical situations
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Team player, self-directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel
  • Commitment to excellence by producing precise work
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional foreign language skills advantageous)
